• Occupational Therapy Early Assurance Pathway Application

  • Read and follow the instructions carefully prior to submitting your application. 

    All applicants must submit their completed application by April 1st. The Recomendation Form should be filled out by March 15th, and Letters of Recommendation should be submitted by the individuals listed in the application by April 7th.

    Applications will not be reviewed until all documents have been submitted to the admissions committee.  Please note that once your application has been submitted, no additions or changes can be made.

  • Prerequisite Coursework

  • Applicants must have a C or higher in all the Doctor of Occupational Therapy prerequsite courses in order to be eligible for the OTD program. You can find a list of these courses on the Doctor of Occupational Therapy Admission Requirements page.

  • Letters of Recommendation:

  • You are required to submit two (2) letters of recommendation into the OTD Early Assurance Pathway Recommender Form.The first letter should be from a health sciences faculty member, and the second should be from someone who can attest to your character and/or desire to be an occupational therapist. OTAs in the DL program MUST use a supervising OT as the second recommender. Please indicate below the individuals that you submitted in your recommender form.
