PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY AGREEMENT

I agree that I am fully responsible for my physical and emotional well-being. I recognize and respect the limits of my body and will take precautions as needed to not exceed those limits

I take full responsibility for any and all personal injuries, property damage, loss of personal property, or any other loss that may result from my participation in this event.

I agree to not hold Joelle Kelly, Lu Jong New York, Nangten Menlang, Tulku Lobsang or the venue (if applicable) responsible for any damages, liabilities or expenses that result from my participation.

I am responsible for my own travel to the Education venue (if applicable). If I do not live in the country where the event is being held, a valid passport will be necessary to travel there.

Portions of this teaching may be filmed or photographed for promotional or educational purposes. By participating, I consent to their use by Lu Jong New York.

The recording of ZOOM Meetings is strictly prohibited.

All ZOOM Meetings are LIVE and WILL NOT be recorded by Joelle Kelly/Lu Jong New York. Attendance is mandatory for the successful completion of the training program.

ZOOM access and passcodes are not to be shared with anyone.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION

Payment for the Education Program is made directly to Joelle Kelly, Lu Jong New York, and is subject to their rules and regulations.

Payment in Full must be received before the start of the training unless otherwise agreed in writing by Joelle Kelly. The NMI Teacher Program and Master Class Registration Fees are Non-Refundable.

Submitting payment for the LJNY's Education Program constitutes a contract to participate in the training.

Should you need to cancel your Education Program participation due to extenuating circumstances, there is a non-refundable administrative fee of $400 USD. The remaining balance is refundable until 30 days before the start date of the training.

Up to 15 days before the start date, 50% of the remaining balance is non-refundable and 50% applicable toward a future LJNY event.

There are no refunds or credits possible 14 days before the start date.
