  • SASKATCHEWAN CRAFT COUNCIL ANNUAL JURY SESSION

The SCC has set a standard of superior quality in craft that is recognized across the country. The juried status of each member that chooses to take part in markets or have work sold in the SCC Shop assures that only the highest quality craft will be on display. Purchasers of these craft items walk away with truly original, handmade work by artists like you.

Craftpeople interested in receiving consultation and feedback on your fine craft, should take advantage of this SCC's Annual Complimentary Jury Session. These sessions are one hour each and take place over two weekends in March; March 1 in Saskatoon and March 29 in Regina. The Saskatchewan Craft Council will not be jurying new visual artists (those working in painting and drawing) in 2025.

Applicants are juried by two senior craft artists working in the same craft media, against written standards of excellence developed by the SCC. Being a juried member allows artists to sell at SCC markets, be considered for SCC Fine Craft Shop, take part in various marketing and sales campaigns by the SCC, and more!

Applicants must become a Professional Craftsperson member of the Saskatchewan Craft Council prior to being juried. Become a professional member.

Please read the Jury Criteria and Standards before you apply.
