The Board of Trustees of the Calgary Centre for Spiritual Living is seeking nominations for additional Trustees.
The following skills/talents would prove beneficial to the cohesiveness and operation of the Board and Centre:

Policy 2.3.5 Role of a Board Member
Authority and Responsibility
The Board of Trustees is the legal authority for CCSL. As a member of the Board, a Trustee manages and conducts the affairs of the society in a manner not inconsistent with the laws of the Province under which it exists, the spirit of the organization, and the by-laws and policies of the Board.
The Board of Trustees shall cause appropriate records to be kept of the meetings and proceedings of the Board and of other affairs of the Society. The Board shall submit in writing, at each regular annual meeting of the Society, appropriate and comprehensive report of the activities of the Society during the preceding year and a complete statement of the financial condition of the Society as of a date not more than 90 days preceding the time of the Annual General Meeting.
