Since many school-issued email address link to servers with firewalls that will block communication from the Southwest District, please be sure you register using a personal email account!

Next, we are going to get your mailing address. Please carefully enter your address, since it needs to be accurate to insure your receipt of DCON merchandise! If your address changes between now and April 1st, please email KeyClub@SWDKiwanis.org. 

A virtual convention allows us to dispense with most of the paperwork, but there are two manditory forms:

• Virtual Event Code of Conduct, and
• Photo Release

To make participation in DCON 2021 as inclusive as possible, we are offering two options for registration. "Full Registration" and "Limited Registration". On the next card, please check the applicable rate for your registration.

$20 Full Registration Includes (CLOSED):

• Access to online content,
• Official t-shirt,
• Convention pin, and
• Convention sticker

$5 Limited Registration Includes:

• Access to online content, and
• Convention sticker

If you have not been told by your Advisor that Club funds are paying for your DCON Registration, please use the Previous button to go back and selection another option for payment.

If you have received confirmation that your Club's funds are paying your Registration, it is your responsibility to contact your Faculty Advisor and Key Club President to make sure you are included under your Club's payment.

The Venmo for Southwest District Key Club is @KiwanisSWD (the image is a Kiwanis pin).

Please be sure to put (1) your name and (2) your Key Club's name in the memo, so we can tie your payment to your Registration!

Payment must be received by March 1, 2021, but we suggest you make your payment now!

If paying by check, please make the check payable to "Southwest District Key Club", and be sure to put your name and Key Club on the memo line. The check should be mailed to:

Payment must be RECEIVED by March 1, 2021, so please be sure your check is placed in the mail no later than 2/22/21.

If you did not pay by credit card, please remember your payment must be received by March 1, 2021.

If your circumstances change and you need to cancel your registration, you may do so by sending an email to KeyClub@SWDKiwanis.org. Refunds can be issued for cancelations received prior to 2/28/21. After that deadline there will not be refunds.
