The Take Me Home Program is a free service offered by the Greensboro Police Department that allows you to register high-risk loved ones' who may have difficulty communicating with first responders. This program is particularly intended to serve individuals with Autism, Down Syndrome, Alzheimer’s, and Dementia. By providing detailed information below about the registrant, public safety personnel will be able to quickly access your loved ones information in the event they encounter law enforcement and/or need help returning home. All data is confidential and only accessible by City of Greensboro public safety personnel.
