Step Up will be provided by 104 films. Your submission of this form to us will constitute your confirmation of the following declaration:

- I agree that 104 films may, for administrative purposes only, make copies of any material submitted in support of my application.

- This course would normally cost participants £1500, but thanks to funding from the ScreenSkills, is currently being offered to you free. If you fail to attend we reserve the right to request reimbursement of costs, unless your place can be taken by someone else.
