In order to process your order, we do require your payment. If your computer is being paid by Ontario Works, Ontario Disability Support Program, Employment Support Service program or other, please email your Case Worker/Service Provider to confirm you qualify for funding.   

We will need a letter from your Case Worker stating they will cover the cost of your order, which will include the amount they will cover.  

Once you receive the letter, please send your letter to: info@rcto.ca - we will then provide you with instructions on how to order.

SECTION B: QUALIFYING FOR OUR PROGRAM

If you are ordering a computer as an individual and not with a partnering organization, we need to make sure you qualify for our program.

Your application will not be processed, if one of these documents are not included with this application:

Individuals that qualify for our program must have a gross personal income of $20,000/year or less.  And, we accept one of the following proof of income:

- Ontario Works (OW)

- Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP)

- Employment Insurance in the form of a benefit statement

- Ontario Student Assistance Program (OSAP)

- Revenue Canada, current notice of assessment

We have three different fees associated with a pick-up at a partner location.  Those fees are assigned based on the location of the partner - for example:  Working with Partner A are those partners located in Sault Ste. Marie and Thunder Bay Region as well as south western and south eastern Ontario. 

If you are not working with a partner - you have two options to receive your computer. If you want RCT to ship your computer to you, please note that your email address will be shared with our courier, so the courier can provide you with shipping updates.

SECTION D - CURRENT PACKAGES AVAILABLE:

Availability of computer package is dependent on the donations we receive.

The dimensions of the desktop you may receive will either be:

 15’’ x 13.5’’ x 4’’/12’’ x 11.5’’ x 3.5’’ as showcased in the image below.  There may be a slight variance of 1’’-2" (width/height)

These desktops are smaller than the traditional desktops.   Thank you!
