I understand that by registering my student for confirmation I am making a commitment to have him/her to each class on time, to study and complete my parent talking points with my student, and to make time for my student to meet with his/her mentor as needed. I have been given the confirmation schedule and have reviewed it. I understand that attendance of classes and special projects are mandatory for my student to be confirmed. I understand that if my student must miss a class I will notify Gary and my child's mentor, and will make arrangements for a make-up session.
