AGREEMENT made this day (submission date above), by and between Client and/or Company hereinafter referred to as the CLIENT and DJ Klassick & Company hereinafter referred to as the COMPANY. This Agreement is non-negotiable and should not be altered by CLIENT. This Agreement supersedes any other documents, correspondence, or conversation.

WEDDING DJ PACKAGE INCLUDES:
1. Pro Wedding DJ & MC
2. Setup (1-2 hrs. before event)
3. DJ Laptop
4. DJ Controller/Turntables
5. Sound System
6. Microphone
7. Party Lighting System
8. Music (ALL genres)
9. Reception Timeline Form

SERVICE GUARANTEE:
The COMPANY Guarantees service and will not cancel the booking.

SERVICE FEES:
1.) The non-refundable service fee is for the total hours selected by the CLIENT.

2.) Payment IN-FULL is required at the time of booking.

3.) OVERTIME CHARGE: If the COMPANY is asked to continue service beyond the service end time, based on availability, an Overtime Fee of $350.00 per hour will be charged to the CLIENT. The CLIENT must submit payment to the COMPANY before the start of the overtime request.

4.) NO REFUNDS/CREDIT: No refunds/credit of any kind will be given for payment made to the COMPANY.

5.) COVID-19 POLICY: By booking our services you understand that you, the CLIENT, are booking our services during a pandemic. If you, the CLIENT, cancel your event due to any reasons related to COVID-19, you, the CLIENT, agree to our COVID-19 NO refund/credit policy.

a.) I agree to all terms & conditions listed above.

b.) I agree to the non-refundable service fee payment to DJ Klassick & Company via STRIPE upon my submission.

c.) I understand and agree that I will be prosecuted for FRAUD in the event I submit a fraudulent credit/debit card chargeback claim, which I will be stealing services from the COMPANY. I understand that the COMPANY will also pursue me for lost profits for disruption in the COMPANY's business operation, administration time for gathering evidence and dealing with the case from start to end, and Attorney's fees.
