I don't trust the models I work with - no standardization at all. .
Rework takes ages and I'm always finding issues with the model
I have pressure from my partners to grow. I need to bring in the best-of-the-best to build my team to a best-in-class standard.
I need mentorship and guidance. I'm sick of trying to learn this stuff on my own
I don't have time to do any of this model building or checking stuff. I'm talking to investors or potential clients all day. I want someone else to take care of this for me.
