Fees

All fees are to be paid in US dollars. Applications must be received at least thirty (30) days prior to inspection to ensure accurate recording. Foals born within thirty (30) days of inspection are exempt but may pay expedited fees. Certificates returned to ASR due to failure of owner to accept postal delivery or returned as undeliverable will be mailed out again after a fee of $35 has been received.
