Summer Vacation Requests

Please list several weeks that you would be interested in taking off this summer. We will do our best to accommodate as many people as possible based on seniority and office staffing needs. Dr. Hughes and Valencia will not be out this summer, and Dr. Cozad will be out June 4-12. Date requests that overlap with these dates will have an increased chance of being granted, but any date may be requested. If you wish to work durring the summer and take vacation at another time, you are welcome to do so. Dates shown below also include some dates before and after the summer bonus period, which will run from May 26 until August 11.
