If you require alternate transportation in addition to your regular assignment, please list the location, whether it is A.M. or P.M. or both, and if at all possible, please attach a schedule.

Forms must be returned no later than Friday, June 16, 2023. For students whose forms have not been returned by this date, transportation will be scheduled based on the home address and a change from this location may not be guaranteed for the first day of school.

All kindergarten students are to be picked up at their designated bus stop by an ADULT (18 Years or Older). Students will not be permitted to leave the bus if an adult is not present. Kindergarten students will then be taken to the Bus Barn, (1000 Rock Road, Pine Grove, PA 17963) and an adult with identification must pick them up.

Also, please note the change requests for primary or alternate transportation during the school year must be submitted at least three (3) days in advance. Should you have any questions, please call 570-345-2731 ext. 320.
