The Marshall Community Credit Union Scholarship will provide $1,000 toward tuition at an accredited college or technical school in the United States. The scholarship will be payable to the college of your choice as a one-time payment for the first semester's tuition, not to include books. Eight scholarships will be awarded in 2021.

The MCCU Scholarship requires that the recipient:
Be a 2021 graduating high school senior
Be a Marshall Community Credit Union member in good standing
Attend a college or technical school in the United States
Provide MCCU proof of college acceptance before receiving funds
Every qualified candidate will be considered, however, financial need and community involvement will be a factor.
Along with the completed application, student must also include the following:
Minimum 500-word essay, OR, 30-second-1-minute video
Acknowledgment of Media Release
High School transcript including overall GPA for 9th-12th grade
Two letters of recommendation from a school counselor, teacher, coach, school leader or employer
Photo of applicant

Incomplete applications will not be considered. Applications will be accepted until midnight on Friday, March 26, 2021. However, please plan to submit your application well before the deadline. All entries will become the property of Marshall Community Credit Union.
