FineLine Theatre Arts

Thank you for your interest in renting a studio at Fineline Theatre Arts.

Once we receive your rental form, we will confirm (via email) that a studio is available for your date(s)/time(s). We will also provide you with our lockbox code (located on the front porch) and ask that the key be replaced after each use. 

We kindly ask that all rental forms be submitted at least 24 hours ahead of your requested time. 

Rental Requirements: 

**A parent (18+) MUST be present if the rental is occurring outside of regular studio hours**

Rental Studio Rates General Public 

Small Studio: $20/1hr
Big Studio: $30/1hr

Rental Studio Rates Fineline Student
Small Studio: $15/1hr
Big Studio: $20/1hr

Rental fees are non-refundable. Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled rental may be eligible for a studio credit to be used toward a future rental date, subject to availability. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the rental time, no-shows, or unused rental time are not eligible for refunds or credits.

In the event that Fineline Theatre Arts must cancel the rental due to circumstances beyond our control, a full refund or studio credit will be provided.
