Sugars by Chanelle Order Form

Thank you for inquiring with Sugars by Chanelle, a home-based bakery in Morrisville, NC specializing in sassy, classy and chic homemade desserts. Please note that by thoroughly answering the questions below, you will help us gain the best insight regarding your desired baked item, enabling us to provide both accurate quotes and an efficient, effective communication experience for you, our customer.

Please keep in mind the following:

CUSTOM ORDERS START at $160
Allow up to 48 hours to recieve a response.
Completing the form does not secure your order.
Once the form is submitted, you will receive a response confirming or denying your request.
If your request is denied, you will be provided information regarding our inability to fulfill your order.
If we are able to fulfill your request, we will work to provide thorough answers to your questions so expectations are clearly set.
After a comprehensive understanding of your order is obtained and conformation of your order is provided, an invoice will be sent with your total price and the deposit to be paid.
Your deposit secures your order.
Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Delivery may be an additional charge depending on distance of location.
All cakes are, at minimum, three layer cakes, unless a description speficies othewise. Addition layers can be provided by request, for an additional charge.
Remaining Balance is due 3 days prior to event unless otherwise specified.

We request that an image of your design be sent to help us gain the best insight into the vision you wish to achieve so that we can work to provide the closest match to your desired result. We DO NOT guarantee that our products will be an exact replica of the image sent but we always attempt to reproduce your request as closely as possible, to the best of our abilities.
