  • We try to avoid rescheduling flights at all costs, but unfortunately, due to operational constraints due to Alert Level 4 Travel Restrictions, we are forced to make these changes.

    We apologise for the inconvenience, especially at such short notice.

    You can now cancel your booking to your FlySafair Wallet instantaneously on the manage my booking section of the website.

    Here's how to make a change or cancel a flight to your FlySafair wallet.

    1. Go to www.flysafair.co.za

    2. Click on the "My Booking" tab

    3. Enter your booking reference and last name to access your booking. Your booking reference would have been emailed to you when you booked with us. You can search from emails from noreply@flysafair.co.za.

    4. Once within your booking, you can make changes or cancel your reservation by clicking on either option as highlighted below:
