Strike Taekwondo & Exceed Taekwondo will make best efforts to ensure as fair a match as possible for all competitors, based on the information provided on the club application. Parents/carers are responsible for providing accurate information to ensure safe and appropriate matching of applicants.

Where a suitable match cannot be found, applicants will be informed and a refund offered. 

Strike & Exceed Taekwondo accept no responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen items inside or outside of the venue.

No head shots permitted for under 14's unless agreed across all coaches, parents & participants, and only in the case of red belt grade and above when under 14.

All participants are responsible for holding their own valid licence & personal accident insurance. 

Accidents and injuries may occur, the parent/carer/participant understands this and accepts the risks involved in taking part in a contact sport. The parent/carer/participant does not hold Strike Taekwondo or any of it's staff responsible for any accident and/or injury which may occur during the fight, or on or off the premises at any time.

Photo’s and videos may be taken on the day and by ticking the box below, you accept this and are giving the necessary consent for media to be shared to online platforms. Names will NOT be shared without prior consent.

Official/judges decisions are final & cannot be contested.

All attendees of the event are expected to behave in a supportive manner; negative displays of sportsmanship and/or arguing with officials, may result in being asked to leave the premises and a ban issued for any future events.
