The Agreement & Indemnity
By signing below, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Adoption is not guaranteed by submission of this applicatio
1. I/We have never been charged with cruelty to animals
2. I/We agree that our chosen animal will be kept inside the home or in a secure yard or suitable and ethical enclosure (unless chosen animal/s are Barn Cats) and that it will receive all necessary veterinary care and attention necessary to ensure its optimum health and wellbeing. This includes the provision of a balance quality diet, water, exercise.
3. I/We agree that our chosen animal will not be physically harmed in any way. The animal will not be chained, roped or tethered, nor will it be permitted off the property except for when it is with a mature individual.
4. I/We understand that if the animal is ever unwanted or can not be provided for that it is 100% welcome back to Soquilichi Rescue Ranch Inc. No questions or judgement will be placed upon you and no information regarding this policy will be disclosed, however Soquilichi Rescue Ranch does require 7 days notice before we can provide the appropiate accomodations for a pet that needs to be handed back to the charity. The bring back policy must be fulfilled between Soquilichi Rescue Ranch administration and the adopter only. NO animal adopted out via Soquilichi Rescue Ranch is EVER permitted to be surrendered to a pound, sold on etc. There is NO exceptions.If you have found a potential new owner, please contact Soquilichi Rescue Ranch for proper adoption procedures and assistance under our supervision and with our adoption forms.
5. I/We understand that once an animal leaves Soquilichi Rescue Ranch vetwork for the future of the animal becomes full responsibility of the Owner. SRR will not pay for further costs and or issues and or illnesses. Once you own an SRR animal all vet bills are your responsibility. SRR is also not responsible for any damage caused by your adoptee.
6. I/We understand that SRR felines are INSIDE Only. Outside is acceptable ONLY under supervision and or in an enclosure. BARN CATS are the exception to this rule.
7.I/We understand that if our animal becomes impounded I/We are willing to pay the desired release fee of the animal and resume responsibility.
8. I/We agree that the animal looks 100% healthy
8a. I/We are aware and understand the SRR cannot guarantee that any animal will not die, while in the care of the new owners. As an animal rescue, we cannot ensure that your new pet will become ill and or pass away.
9. I/We understand that there are NO REFUNDS on any SRR animal. We are a charity that already releases our animals for well below what costs they have incurred.
10. Cats to be transported in carrier NO cat carrier NO cat - Dogs need collar and lead and be restrained in transport appropiately.
11. You confirm all information provided is true and complete.
12. You understand that failure to provide required documentation (front and back of drivers license or photo Id and photos) will result in automatic rejection of your application.
