*Due to The Studio at Jamestown being a rental proptery on private proptery, SAJ and the landlord must have record of anyone renting/occuping the property for security reasons. Photographer's, Vendor's and Client's information will not be sold or provided to anyone else besides SAJ and proptery owner. If a client is inquiring, and filled out the top portion, then please fill the photographer's/creative's information where asking for client's information above.
