RULES & REGULATIONS FOR FOSTER CARERS VOLUNTEERING FOR SRR

Quarantine Period -All rescues are to be placed in quarantine for a period of 14days (unless they have done their quarantine time)
1. All Animals are the property of Soquilichi Rescue Ranch
2. NO Animal has permission to be given and or surrendered to another organisation and or person. If a carer representing SRR is found guilty of such acts, legal remifications will immediately begin against the chosen party.
3. ALL and Any veterinary appointments MUST be approved and made by an SRR Team Leader.
4. Our team treats all members with courtesy, patience and respect. No form of abuse will be tolerated to any of our team and or volunteers.
5. As a Representative and carer of SRR, it is your responsibility to provide food and litter for your chosen foster pet.
6. All new fosters are to be quarantined for at least a week for observation. This also protects your personal animals.
7. Fosters are to be INDOOR ONLY or in a catproof outdoor enclosure.
8. Carers need to be prepared to bath, medicate etc whilst foster is in your care.
9. Carers are responsible for any damage caused by fosters, SRR is not responsible.
10. Understand foster can be in your home until adopted, timeframes can vary, If unable to care for said foster 2 weeks notice is to be given to arrange alternative arrangements. One days notice is NOT acceptable.
Fostering rescue cats is a huge learning curve and its your job to make sure every foster is happy, healthy and ready for their new home.
