  • Rules & Guidelines

    1. VENDOR SELECTION:  ATL Vegan Food Tours is responsible for selecting vendors. Please include a detailed description of your merchandise, including prices and photos or your website address, with your application. Vendor selection will be based on the following criteria: quality, price, and uniqueness of merchandise. All vendor selection decisions are the sole discretion of ATL Vegan Food Tours.
        
    2. BOOTH AREA AND LOCATION: Booth assignments will be designated by ATL Vegan Food Tours. Booth assignments are nontransferable. You are only allowed one (1) vendor/company per booth. Booths are not guaranteed until all fees and forms are received.  
        
    3. CANCELLATIONS: THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. Legal Action will be taken for any chargebacks, etc under which the vendor will be responsible for any and all legal fees plus damages. The matter will be handled under the governing laws of the state of Georgia. 
       
    4. CHANGE OF LOCATION: ATL Vegan Food Tours reserves the right to change venue location if the need arises. No refund will be provided. 
        
    5. CHECK-IN: Vendors should check in with the event staff upon arrival. Vendors are required to be present on-site by 10:00 AM on Jan 30, 2021.  
        
    6. VENDOR APPLICATION: Each vendor shall submit an application for participation in the “3rd Annual Vegan Extravaganza” once your application and payment are received, ATL Vegan Food Tours will forward a confirmation email.  
        
    7. SET-UP: Vendor check-in & set-up time will be announced. If vendors are not present or have not made prior arrangements with ATL Vegan Food Tour booth fees will be forfeited in full. 
       
    8. PARKING: Parking and loading instructions will be provided in the confirmation email. All instructions regarding parking must be followed. Vehicles parked illegally will be towed.  
        
    9. LOST OR STOLEN MERCHANDISE: ATL Vegan Food Tours is not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise.   
        
    10. SALES TAX AND PERMITS: Vendors shall, if applicable, have a Sales Tax 
      Certificate or any applicable licenses and permits available for inspection at their booth. It is the vendor’s responsibility to comply with the State Comptroller’s requirements for any products sold at the event.
    11. VIOLATION OF RULES OR REGULATIONS: Violation of any provision of these Rules and Regulations shall be a material breach and default by the vendor.  Vendors shall be solely responsible for damages resulting from the sale of unsafe or unsound goods at the event.   

        

      VENDOR RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT  

      In consideration of being able to participate in the “Vegan Extravaganza” (the “Event”) the undersigned (the “Vendor”) hereby agrees to abide by the rules and guidelines set forth in the document entitled Event Rules and Guidelines.  

        

      VENDOR FURTHER AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, PROVIDE THE COST OF DEFENSE, INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEY’S FEES, FOR ANY LOSS, INJURY, EXPENSE, COST, OR DAMAGE OF WHATEVER KIND OR NATURE, WHETHER TO ANY PERSON OR PROPERTY, WHICH SUCH VENDOR’S OWN NEGLIGENCE, ACTIONS OR CONDUCT PRODUCES, WHETHER AS THE SOLE CAUSE OR CONTRIBUTING CAUSE, FOR WHICH MAY BE HELD RESPONSIBLE, EITHER THROUGH A CLAIM, DEMAND, OR LAWSUIT; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, THAT THE  

      FOREGOING SHALL NOT APPLY TO ANY LOSS, INJURY, EXPENSE, COST OR DAMAGE CAUSED SOLELY BY THE GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT.  


      Sales and Promotions: *

      Vendors will be listed on the event website for visitors to learn more about your products/services. They will also be able to connect with your website/social media page(s).  Vendors will be solely responsible for payments of all purchases at their vendor space. Vendors are welcome to include prizes and giveaways for attendees. Small banners can be displayed in your area only. Vendors are permitted to distribute flyers to attendees, with some restrictions; you cannot obstruct another vendor's areas. Your flyers must be distributed at or near your own vending space. Please no distribution in crowded areas.

       

      DISCLAIMER: *

      The undersigned is aware that there will be NO REFUNDS once payment has been submitted. The undersigned is aware that there will be NO REFUNDS due to the possibility of low sales. The undersigned is aware that WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SALES AND/OR ATTENDANCE. The undersigned agrees to assume the risk of loss to any property whether from breakage, damage, loss, theft, and disappearance of any other cause, for the duration of the event, including set up and closing. Further, the undersigned agrees to not hold ATL Vegan Food Tours responsible for any and all claims, actions, damages, liability, and expense, including attorney’s fees in connection with loss of life, personal injury and/or damage to property that may be done or suffered by reason of my fault or negligence. Your signature and submission of this application is your indication that you have read and agree to all of the conditions outlined above.   I have read the exhibitor agreement, rules and guidelines. By signing this agreement, I understand that if I violate any of the stated rules and guidelines, I may be asked to close my booth and forfeit all fees.
