Overnight security is not provided. Tents and tables can be left over night, merchandise will need to be taken down.
NEPA CraftWorks llc juried craft shows has been hosting events 5-8 times per year since 2017. Events are host to several, long standing & returning makers.
REQUIREMENTS:
Items must be handmade, vintage, antique, upcycled and the like.
Mass produced items, direct sales companies, kit crafts, wreaths are not accepted.
Vendors are responsible for their tent, tables, and display. Tents with tent weights of 40lbs per leg are required.
Booth displays must be professional and creative in appearance. This includes floor length tablecloths. Items should not be displayed flat on your table.

ABOUT THE VENUE:
Brown Hill Farms is a family friendly farm with flower fields, pumpkin patches, petting zoo, and jungle gyms for the children. There is an entry fee to all guests between $8-$15 depending on the package and what the owners decide for the event. Vendors are allowed 2 free entries for the event. Any guests or helpers beyond 2 people will be asked to pay the entry fee.
Brown Hill Farms tulip tour sales on Mother's Day weekend 2020 averaged 1500 people per day. The farm is also well known for its sunflower fields in August.
The farm is located on a mountain. This means the weather can be very different than off the mountain. It can also be windy, please keep this in mind for your booth display. This is also why 160lb total tent weights are required and non negotiable.

Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
If you do not include photos, your application will be disqualified from the jury process.
If you apply with items that are listed as not accepted, you will not receive a rejection email.
