By Clicking below, I hereby acknowledge that I have read and that I understand the rules and protocols set forth above (the “Service Attendance Protocols”) concerning attending services at Beth Jacob Congregation (“BJC”), and that my registration to attend a BJC service, and/or my attendance at a BJC service, confirms my agreement to accept and abide by the Service Attendance Protocols.
