Please note that this is a request for refund form. This will be submitted to Taroona Football Club where a decision will be made and you will be notified if your request for a refund is successful or a reason for why it is unsuccessful. If successful you will receive a refund within 14 business days.

Note: There will be a minimum of $5 deducted from your refund requested amount for SKiLLS approved refunds, as this covers admin fees.

For registration/event approved refunds there will be $20 deducted from your refund requested amount, as this covers admin fees.
