1. The learner has to pay the fees at the time of enrolment. 2. The fees include the course fees and the awarding body registration and certification fees. 3. All prices and course fees are listed in Indian Rupees (INR), and therefore we are not responsible for any exchange rate changes, nor any bank charges that arise from this or any other payments made to Courses 4 U Educational Services Private Limited (C4U). 4. Once payment is received and course have been delivered to the student’s login or has been downloaded, refunds are not available. 5. Refunds are only applicable if the courses or services are not as described. This does not affect your statutory rights. Under statutory right, the refund is available only after the deduction of the awarding body registration fees, as this is totally non-refundable. C4U aims to provide teaching and learning material as per awarding bodies guidelines. 6. Access to modules and assessments is limited to three- years, from the date on which the first assessment is attempted. In exceptional circumstances, this may be extended. The awarding body registration is valid for a period of three years. 7. Assessments can be re-sit as many times as required within the three-year period as long payments have been cleared. 8. The C4U material requires a correctly configured and functional internet data connection, both for the initial purchase and for the duration of you the study. 9. Data charges may apply while you are downloading or using the VLE. Please check with your network provider and the charges applicable as they will vary depending on your individual tariff when you access the study material online via the C4U VLE. You are responsible for any such costs. We are unable to provide any warranties as to the levels of connectivity you will receive via your personal access device – PC, Tablet, Computer, Smartphone or Mac. 10. Student Visitor Visa sponsored courses (6m or 11m) will require fees to be paid in GBP Publish(Sterling) and in full before the Visa Letter is issued. This is for studies with UK Versity in Manchester which is a partner college of C4U
