By filling out this application you will also be added to the appropriate Combat Boots 2 Red Bottoms mailing list. If you are a business owner your membership includes benefits for 1 business. (Annual Membership is $199, Each additional Business you register is $50.) Your Membership does not start until your payment is completed.
