When request is submitted, the completed invoice will be sent to your email address as an attachment.
When Signature is representing BOTH sides, the listing agent is responsible for submitting the commission invoice. We recommend, that when you are filling out the commission invoice, you are on the phone with the other agent to ensure that you are accounting for all vital information. For example, if the buyer's agent needs to pay out a referral that needs to go into the commission invoice. Â
It is your responsibility to send the invoice to all third parties involved.Â
If you find errors or the title company kicks it back for changes, please use the edit link in your confirmation email.Â
