Diamond Microdermabrasion uses a combination of vacuum suction and diamond encrusted tips to lightly abrade the skin's surface. This treatment improves conditions such as acne, comedones, dull skin, scarring, fine lines/wrinkles, pigmentation, enlarged pores, congested pores and uneven skin texture.

I understand that common side effects of microdermabrasion include mild tenderness, swelling, and redness. These generally go away within a few hours after treatment. Minor bruising may also occur. This is mostly caused by the suction process during the treatment.
Although it is impossible to list every potential risk and complication, the following conditions are recognized as contraindications for microdermabrasion treatment and must be disclosed prior to treatment (Please check all that apply).*
