  • GATE PASS

  • Please take note of the following guidelines:

    • Gate pass is valid for one (1) day only.
    • Delivery and pull-out may be done from Mondays to Fridays except Holidays, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM using the service elevator through basement 1 loading dock.
    • Please observe proper attire. Those wearing sandos, slippers, and shorts will be prohibited from entering the condominium building.
    • Please bring any valid government ID upon entry for verification purposes.

  • WORK PERMIT

  • This form should be properly filled out by the unit owner/resident and approved by the Building Engineer or Building Manager at least one day prior to the work in the unit. Please take note of the following guidelines:

    1. The unit owner / tenant is responsible for ensuring that the contractor and his workers follow the TMCC House Rules and Regulations.
    2. Work should be done only from Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 AM to 12:00 NN and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM only. Strictly no works on weekends and holidays.
    3. Noisy works should only be done from 10:00 AM to 12:00 NN and 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM only.
    4. Workers must wear proper attire or uniform. Those wearing sandos, slippers, and shorts will be prohibited from entering the condominium building.
    5. All footwear, tools, and equipment of service contractors shall be brought inside the serviced unit and shall not be left in the hallway during works.
    6. All workers / contractor must use the service elevator
    7. No loitering in the common areas of the building
    8. Please bring any valid government ID upon entry for verification purposes.

    RENOVATION WORKS

    1. Works like unit repainting, floor resanding, retiling, and minor fit-out will fall under the category of renovation. Please coordinate with Engineering first before applying a permit.

      PROHIBITED MATERIALS & EQUIPMENT WITHIN THE UNIT PREMISES

    1. Lacquer and oil-based paints and solvents. Only water-based materials are allowed to be used inside the unit.
    2. Polyurethane varnishes and other oil-based materials. Only water-based varnishes are allowed to be used inside the unit.
    3. Use of the compressor within the unit.
    4. Use of grinder within the unit.
    5. Use of jackhammer inside the unit.
    6. Use of Flammable substances is strictly prohibited inside the unit.
