You will need to fill out one registration per child. Fees for Spring Academy are $45 and are due at first practice or you can mail checks to P.O. Box 423 Martin TN 38237. Any questions about OSC Academy can be directed to Director of Coaching, Seth Coleman, at 731-445-8900. Practice will be once a week starting in March through May.
