  • Chapter webinar/event (virtual or in-person) - Minimum 4 weeks notice.

    For large chapter meetings, we need all event details a month before registration is set to open. Ideally information is received 3-4 months prior to the meeting date.

    ALL REQUESTS MUST BE REVIEWED BY SQA HEADQUARTERS. If your event/webinar conflicts with another scheduled event, SQA HQ may ask you to reschedule. Please view the SQA Upcoming Events page for current scheduled events and dates to avoid when scheduling your event. 

    RQAP Units: Submit an RQAP request for your chapter event using the RQAP Unit Request Form.
