Greeting to residents from the EE-EW Home Owners Association Board:
On the back of this letter is our annual request for your financial participation in the English Estates- English Woods Homeowners Association (HOA) along with a self-address return envelope. The annual assessment remains at $25.00 per household. We encourage all residents to join this year and help make our community safe and beautiful. Last year we had about 50% participation. The English Estates English Woods Homeowners Assoc., Inc. is a registered Florida Not for Profit Corporation. This HOA works to keep your neighborhood safe and clean.
Payment: We added an electronic payment option, which was highly requested. You can visit our website www.englishestateshoa.com and choose the HOA payment link. Simply follow the prompts from there. In addition, some residents have paid prior to this letter going out, please disregard if you have already made payment.
Public Safety: We have had many notifications of vehicles being "door checked" in our neighborhood as well as nearby areas. Make sure you lock your doors of your vehicles at night. Also, please remember to slow down in our community and obey the posted speed limit.
Social Events: Due to Covid-19 we were unable to have any events last year. In fact, we may be limited to the events we have this year as well. We hope everyone stays safe and remembers to wear masks wherever required.
Special Reminder: We are residents of Unincorporated Seminole County and not any city. If you require a permit for improvements, you should contact the county and not Casselberry or Maitland.
Golf Carts: We are still in the process with Seminole County on allowing golf carts in our community. Due to the pandemic, the process has been slowed.
Social Media: We encourage you to go to our website listed above. We also have a presence on Facebook and Nextdoor. Please consider joining these groups for information and updates.
President Message: I would like to thank all our community for the support we received this past year for the water tower issue and the sidewalks issue. This past year was certainly a trying time for everyone, but we came together as a community and worked to come to a democratic solution to these issues. Unfortunately, we were unable to conduct any events, but I believe 2021 will prove to be a great year and I look forward to seeing each one of you soon. Remember, my door is always open for discussion of any issue in our community. It is my goal to make this the safest and best place to live in Seminole County.
Thank You Shawn Cable - President EE EW HOA
