THIS CAREGIVERS CRIMINAL HISTORY SCREENING CLEARANCE WILL BE EFFECTIVE FOR 3 YEARS FROM THE DATE OF THE CLEARANCE. AN EMPLOYEE ABUSE REGISTRY CLEARANCE IS ALSO COMPLETED UPON SUBMISSION OF YOUR EMPLOYMENT APPLICATION. FINGERPRINTS ARE COMPLETED BY GALLUP SHERIFF DEPARTMENT.
