LIVE Virtual Private Training - 60 Minutes $139.00

Up to 60 minute Live Virtual Training / Behavior Modification Session. Most clients will find five to eight 60 minute sessions helpful to teach obedience, manners and problem solving.

Doggie Home School Program $3,000.00

15, one hour sessions held Monday through Friday. The trainer will instruct basic obedience skills such as sit, down, come, stay, off, back, loose leash walking and to accept gentle handling for sixty minutes each day Monday through Thursday at the same time each day. On Fridays the trainer works with the members of your home intruct them to proprly practice your dogs new skills. The includes a professional training collar and leash.

Duration: 7 Days Board and Train Ages: 8-12 Weeks Old Two vaccinations required before training begins. YesPuppy ONE Goals: 1. Confinement Comfort (crate or exercise pen) 2. Sleeping through the night (6- 8 hours is our goal for puppies under 10 weeks old) 3. Name recognition (eye contact when name is used) 4. Initialize APCP (Active Potty Training Process) *Results vary. Puppies progress at their individual rate. For maximum results, instruction occurs in short, simple sessions throughout each day.

AGREEMENT TO HOLD HARMLESS,
WAIVER, AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I hereby waive and release Complete Canine Training, LLC and YesPup.com hereinafter referred to as "YESPUP", its employees, officers, members and agents from any and all liability of any nature, for injury or damage which I or my dog may suffer, including specifically, but without limitation, any injury or death or damage resulting from the action of any dog, and I expressly assume the risk of such damage or injury while attending any training session, or any other function, of YESPUP, or the surrounding area thereto.

These include, inter alia, property damage, personal injury, injury to my
dog(s), or any other injury or loss, whether due to negligence, oversight, or any other cause by YESPUP or by another participant, participant’s dog(s), observer, or observer’s dog(s). This Waiver and Indemnification applies to YESPUP's training facility and its surroundings as well as YESPUP's in-person and/or virtual events at other locations and the surroundings of those locations. I also assume all risks and hazards associated with or incidental to participating, observing, assisting, or any other form of interaction at, inter
alia, the YESPUP facility, other facilities being used by the YESPUP, training classes, or event(s), including but not limited to, those claims or alleged claims described above.

I understand that virtual consultations, dog obedience training, and behavior modification is not without risk to myself, members of my family or guests who may attend or view, or my dog, because my dog(s) may be difficult to control and may be the cause of injury even when handled with the greatest amount of care. I will create care in my workspace during virtual sessions being thoughtful about the placement of my camera and other valuable equipment.

I understand that YESPUP employees, apprentices, volunteers and representatives work hard to prevent accidents and injuries; and that such problems may occur no matter how well pets are cared for, or instruction is given. I agree to allow YESPUP, and its representatives, to use their best judgment in handling these situations, and I understand that YESPUP, and its representatives, assume no responsibility for the actions and decisions of the veterinary staff, the health, or death of my pet(s) or any other pet in the care of YESPUP.

In consideration of and as an inducement to the acceptance of my Training Application by YESPUP, I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless YESPUP, its employees, officers, members and agents from any and all claims, or claims by any member of any family or any other person accompanying me to any training session or function to YESPUP, or while during virtual training sessions, on the grounds or the surrounding area thereto where training is occurring, as a result of any action by any dog, including my own.
