    80 Premium Outlets Blvd   Merrimack, NH 

    The Merrimack Premium Outlets is an outdoor shopping center located 35 miles northwest of Boston and easily accessible off Exit 10 of Everett Turnpike (RT 3 from Boston). The mall offers tax free shopping including Bloomingdale's Outlet Store, Coach, J.Crew Factory, kate spade new york, Michael Kors, Nautica, Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store, Saks Fifth Avenue Off 5th, Sunglass Hut, Tory Burch, Theory, Under Armour and more all at savings of 25%-65% everyday.

    The outlets' shopping traffic has not slowed much since December as it is a highly desireable location especially for those skiers heading up north for the weekend, a quick stop at the outlets for a little tax-free discounted shopping!  ...and soon they will have the opportunity to pick up some handmade, handcrafted wares!  All stores are in full compliance with CDC and State COVID guidelines.  We will go above and beyond to ensure our market is as safe as possible.  

    Why a Market and not a Show?->

    It is so much like a show!- marketed like a show with radio ads, print ads and social media blasts. We will be offering a large variety of high quality products like a show. It is short term like a show.  Plus raffles, door prizes, and live feeds throughout the weekend with shipping and curbside pick up options.   Like a show, you are welcome to attend to sell!  While not required, we will offer you a time slot to volunteer on the show floor to assist shoppers and answer questions about your products. You will be the "Featured Artisan" during your time with your products displayed on the front center table.  

    Like a market, we will use a central checkout station. We will represent 50 - 75 artisans, not 125+ like other markets. 

    This show provides an optimal shopping experience for all – Think  Valentines Day!- Think Spring– gifts for Easter, graduation, birthdays, bridal and baby showers…we are seeking unique offerings include gourmet food and cookbooks, fine linens, designer clothing, toys, fine crafts and artwork, decorative home accessories, jewelry, bags, chocolate, desserts, clothing, personal care, candles and vintage wares to name a few.

     How does the Market work?->

    Complete an application for approval (juried event)

    Upon approval you will be issued a Vendor Number

    You may participate the first weekend (Feb 5- 7) and/or the second weekend (Feb 12- 15).  If signing up for the second weekend only we will be in touch to schedule drop off and pick up of products.  

    On Wednesday, Feb 3 or Thursday, Feb 4 bring your products to the Outlets. You may also ship them ahead of time.  All products must be tagged with vendor id and price. (note- there may also be an option to meet someone in your area to drop products off to). 

    We will set up your products for you! In other words, no need to set up your display.  Certainly if you have racks, display items or decorations we would be interested in looking at them for use over the long weekend.  Bring as many items as you wish.  We have the right to determine which products are displayed and where.  We will keep the shelves well stocked with back-up inventory stored in our large back office storage space. (Please note- with so much floor space we do not anticipate having to store much in the backroom however, we do ask that you supply a large bin in the event we do store some items for you).  We are looking to put together a beautiful show room with your products in a variety of spaces well staged for visibility and mutliple views by the same shopper!  (google it- it works!)

    Sign up for a volunteer slot if you are interested. 

    Otherwise, we will see you at the end of your rental term to pick up any products that remain.    

    Sales' checks will be issued within the week of the show/market. 

  • Show/Market Fees->

    Unlimited items* 

    Rental Fees-

    $125 for the three selling days (Feb 5 - 7)- Weekend #1 

    $150  for the four selling days (Feb 12 - 15) - Weekend #2

    $275 for the seven selling days- Both Weekends 

    ** $225 Commit and pay by Jan 29th for Both Weekends **  

    Plus- Commission = +10%

    Credit card fee passed along to vendor (1.5% -3% per transaction)

    Rental fee due upon approval.  Commissions and cc transaction fees will be deducted from sales' check. 

    No sales tax in NH. 

    *subject to merchandising staff approval and discretion to display. We are looking to display as many products as possible in the well thought out floor plan and spacious market. 

    NOTE- Schedule and times are subject to change.  We must have 50 participants for market to run. There is a good chance the market will extend through February 15th. That extension is tbd.

  • Terms & Conditions->

    Please note the following before completing the application-

    * Applications will be reviewed as received.  To keep the show interesting, creative and ensure to offer a diversity of wares and products we limit acceptance by category. Categories are highly competitive and prior participation does not ensure continued acceptance.

    * This event is juried and intended for Artists, Artisans, Specialty Food Vendors, Craftspeople and sellers of Vintage goods. We ask that all handmade products be offered by those that create the products they are offering. Few (if any) exceptions are allowed. No Direct Sales (such as Avon, MD, Tupperware, etc..). 

    * No application fee and no need to send payment now, if accepted you will be sent payment instructions.

    *GNE Craft & Artisan Shows uses email to communicate lots of important show and application information.  Please be sure to provide us with your current email address!

    * This event is held rain, snow or shine INDOORS. No refunds: The space fee for this show is non-refundabe. 

    * No pets or animals allowed.

    * ATM on property.

    * Food Court is available and cofffee will be complimentary inside the market. 


    * We ask that you do not sell or offer baked goods or candy unless you are categorized as Specialty Foods.

    * All products must remain for the entire Market and may not be removed earlier than your rental term. 

    *You may pick up any excess inventory after the Market closes for the weekend.   

    * Product offerings must be from a single Artisan- no sharing or combining products from multiple Artisans.  Few to no exceptions permitted. 

    * Market space will not be considered secured until full payment is received.

    * A $35 collection fee will be assessed on any returned checks.

    * We will not offer products that create dangerous conditions that might cause injury which are inappropriate, offensive, not previously approved or lacks a label. 

    * Vendors selling products that are used (personal care products, candles, lotions, food, etc) are required to submit a Certificate of Insurance listing GNE Events, LLC (23 Hiltons Run, Kittery Point, Maine) as Additional Insurers.Please reach out if this is an issue. 

    * Any orders placed at the show must be place in a timely manner.

    * GNE Events nor it's staff or volunteer is responsible for any product breakage.  Additionally, GNE Events nor Jody Donohue is responsible for theft or misplaced items.   Offer products at your own risk.   

    * GNE Events (dba The Great New England Craft & Artisan Shows) reserves the right to amend and/or add to the applicable rules pertaining to and governing this show at any time prior to the commencement of said show/market. Additions or amendments will be circulated to exhibitors in writing. The interpretation of all rules by the promoters shall be final.

    * We expect all participants to promote this show to the best of their ability, by hanging posters, posting on social media using the #greatnecraftartisanshows hastag, email blasting your network, inviting on our Facebook event page, etc.  However, we ask that your DO NOT create your own Event page for this event.  Please share ours and feel free to post to it.  

    * We ask below that you agree to the terms noted above and agree to not hold the promoter nor owners or managers of the property responsible for loss, theft or damage of exhibitors’ wares, exhibits, or personal property or for loss or injury caused by products sold or exhibited by exhibitors directly or through warranty express or implied. Insurance for such loss, damages or injury will be your (applicant/exhibitor) sole responsibility.

    * Each applicant will be notified of application status within three business days of application receipt.  Upon acceptance, a phone conference will be arranged to discuss participation, terms and finalize logistics.
