    Please use this form to book any future appointments.
  • I am so glad to have you back. Please review the information below and fill out the required information to book your next appointment. I always recommend booking 6-7 weeks in advance to guarantee a preferred time. If waiting until the last minute appointments are not guaranteed and spaces not taken by current clients are opened to guests on my waitlist.


    My current fall/winter hours are: 


    Monday - 10am to 5:30 pm

    Tuesday - 10am to 5:30 pm

    Wednesday - CLOSED

    Thursday - 10am to 5:30 pm

    Friday - 10am to 5:30 pm

    Saturday - 10am to 4pm 

    Sunday - CLOSED

    Services must finish by the closing time listed above.

     

     After hours (after 6:00pm) and Sunday appointments/holiday-closed days may be available for an additional $125.00. If interested please inquire directly by filling out. This option is not a guarantee. 

    I do not colour your natural hair, do foils, etc -- I specialize in extension makeovers only.

    If you are someone who is needing colouring services first, before the extensions I highly suggest reaching out to your hair colourist now to book this appointment prior to reaching out to me for a slot. I will need to know the hair colour appointment date and time before scheduling you in with me for the hair extensions.

    ****If you plan to have your hair coloured the same day as extensions and your colourist cancels/is sick etc please understand any missed appointments with me incur a last minute cancelling fee of 100% of the service missed.


  • Did you remove your own tape in extensions at home? Read below.

    At this time I am asking all clients who have removed their own tape in extensions to place the hair extensions in a ziplock style bag with your name and phone number inside for accurate tracking and drop off to my address. This preparation process takes a lot of time and needs to be done in advance of your reinstallation appointment. This can be dropped off most days, please contact me in advance. The hair needs to be in my possession a minimum of 48h before your hair install appointment to allow satisfactory time for proper preparation and planning.


    Did you remove your own weft extensions at home? Read below.

    If you did not wash the wefts, if you would like, I recommend washing the wefts with extension safe shampoo and conditioner and allowing to air dry. You will bring these pieces in with you to your reinstallation appointment and they do not need to be dropped in advance. 

    Both Beaded and Tape Extensions should not be worn longer than 8 weeks per install. Some individuals should come sooner as discussed in person during the initial install. If you do not schedule your maintenance with adequate time, you may need to schedule the removal separately so that your hair integrity stays intact and be without them until a space large enough is available to reinstall.

     

    The ideal time frame for most clients is 7 weeks between maintenances.

    I am doing my best to have everyone booked in within 24-48 hours of submission and within the date/time provided. Requested times above are not guaranteed. All bookings will be confirmed via email by my scheduling app. Please look at junk folders if you are anticipating a response email as they sometimes end up there.

    Cancellation + Rebooking Policy

    Appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled 24-48 hours prior to your appointment time are subject to a cancellation/rescheduling fee of $100. Appointments that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be required to pay 50% of the missed appointment value. No shows will not be rebooked unless 100% of the missed appointment value is paid + the cost of the new booked appointment is paid in advance.

    Please note:

    I understand some like to take a break from wearing extensions time to time. Changing your appointment from a longer service like extension maintenance to a removal of the extensions only with less than 48 hours notice/day of service will result in full maintenance fee being charged as the time reserved is much greater. Please notify me of this change in advance so I can offer this unused time to someone else.
