Grover Beach Microgrant Program

The purpose of this fourth round of the Grover Beach Microgrant Program is to provide grant funding for local businesses in Grover Beach that have not received previous microgrants from the City of Grover Beach to help meet immediate funding needs due to COVID-19 impacts. The deadline to apply is January 19, 2021 by 5:00pm.
Due to limited funding for this program, the City has identified the following criteria in order to assist businesses that may not have access to other funds for support in responding to State and local public health requirements.

BUSINESS SUPPORT CRITERIA
1. The business is located in Grover Beach with a current Business Tax Certificate.
2. The business had to close or limit operations due to COVID-19 restrictions.
3. The business has not received funding through one of the previous three rounds of the Grover Beach Microgrant Program.
4. The business is able to demonstrate a clear need for grant funding and a level of economic loss due to the impacts of COVID-19
5. The business is committed to following State and local public health requirements and has completed a SLO County Self Certification form documenting this commitment.
6. The business is in good standing in the community and conducts responsible business activities.
7. The business is able to report to the City on the use of grant funds by April 30, 2021.
