  • LastPass is an encrypted password repository tool and the safest way to share passwords. If you do not have an account please sign up here. As and when required, please share passwords with support@thebusinesscatalyst.co.uk

    When sharing a password, it must be shared individually (not as a folder), and have the password visible (not hidden) in order for us to use the credentials internally.

  • We NEVER share passwords via email! We use 1Password (a secure password repository) to store logins.

    We need passwords to be shared using the sharing service onetimesecret.com.

    No account is required, and the information you send is encrypted and will automatically expire after 7 days.

    • Simply copy & paste your list of passwords: URL, Username + Password (for each credential)
    • Share with us the passphrase that you create (so we can open it)
    • Share the link which is created (you will be prompted on screen)
    • We will then transfer all your credentials into our password repository.

    Only our management team have visibility on the password. It is shared with the password hidden with the ops team.

  • Infusionsoft / Keap setup

  • How to add us as a Keap / Infusionsoft partner. 

    • If you are an Infusionsoft/Keap Max classic user - Admin>Users>Add Partner
    • Keap user - Settings>Users>Add user - and tick the Keap Partner box at the bottom

  • We can import your contact list into Infusionsoft/Keap - this should be in .csv format.

    If you have you data stored in Mailchimp or other database type software, feel free to share the login via 1Password.

    If we are importing from another mailing software like Mailchimp it can be beneficial for us to have access to the existing engagement data.

  • If we are setting up Zapier/Make to import leads from your paid platforms (Facebook Business Manager / Adwords) we will need to be added as a user to these platforms so that we can join it all up.

  • Please ensure you have shared all relevant passwords via 1Password with support@thebusinesscatalyst.co.uk

  • Email Authentication and Delivery

  • In order for us to have the best chance of hitting the inbox and not ending up in the Junk/Spam folder, we need to setup your email authentication.

    Email authentication comprises 3 technical records/configurations:

    • DKIM
    • SPF
    • DMARC

     

    For SPF and DKIM, we will require

    • Access to your DNS. This is in the control panel of the hosting company that you pay for your domain - please send login details via 1Password.
    • Access to your Infusionsoft/Keap/ActiveCampaign

     

    For DMARC

    • Access to the admin panel of your email service (e.g. Gsuite / O365)
    • Knowledge of all services that send email from your domain

  • If you do want your list 'srubbed', please purchase credits from Klean13 and then send us the API key, or just share the Klean13 login details via 1Password.

  • If you want automatic engagement tagging, please ensure you've signed up for Delivery Defender
