PLEASE BE AWARE - You may under no circumstances, by law, require the following of a candidate:
her/his vaccination status (protected by the POPIA)
require her/him to be vaccinated before them for a position
request for the candidate to be vaccinated once employed, in order to continue employment*
The RSA Labour Law and Constitution are clear on these issues and contravening any of these laws opens you up to prosecution.
* the only exception to this is when you require her to travel overseas with your family on holidays. She will then have to meet the vaccination requirements of the country/countries you will be visiting.
