  • YOUR MENU - 5 items + 1 optional sweet item and priced under $12, ideally around $10 as this is the optimum consumer price point (no meals, the idea is cutlery not required style) - keep it simple!

    IMPORTANT:

    Please make sure you keep your menu simple and have enough food. 
    Last years consumption per vendor, ranged from 450 to 800+ with an average of 670+ portions per vendor

    Consumers do purchase based on price, eg value for $
