General Policies
- All required forms must be completed, current, and on-file prior to the first session.
- All forms expire one year from completion date or as medical history or payment method changes.
- All patrons must wear appropriate footwear and clothing to each session.
- Training session packages must be paid for in full before training starts.
Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations must be received at least 24 hours before your training session in order to avoid being charged for your session.
- You must receive verbal confirmation of cancellation from the trainer.
- If you do not appear for a scheduled appointment ("no show") or fail to give 24 hour notice, you will be charged for the full session.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late from your scheduled start time, the appointment will be considered a "no show," and you will be charged for the full session.
- Please call if you are going to be more than 5 minutes late for a session.
- We understand that emergencies happen. We provide every client with one free short-notice cancellation. You will not be charged for your first cancellation with less than 24 hour notice. Subsequent short-notice cancellations will be charged for the session. NOTE: The free short-notice cancellation only applies if we are notified prior to the session start time. No shows are not eligible for the free cancellation.
- Repeated cancellations that result in at least 14 consecutive days of no training will result in package termination.
Termination Policy
An immediate, non-refundable termination of all sessions will occur in the event a client commits any action not limited to the following:
- threatens the safety of the trainer, themselves, or the public
- causes any damage to equipment, property, or nearby objects
- engages in hostile behavior and/or communication
- illegal activities
Refund Policy
- Personal Training sessions are non-refundable.
- Refunds will only be issued to clients who produce a doctors note outlining an injury or condition that prevents them from continuing their training sessions. NOTE: If you have paid for a package in full, only the prorated amount of unsued sessions will be refunded.
Expiration Policy
- All pacakages expire on the end date as outlined in a signed purchase agreement.
- Once you have purchased a personal training package, you will have a set number of weeks to complete your training sessions.
- You will not be reimbursed for unused sessions so please take this into consideration when purchasing packages and rescheduling appointments.
NOTE: Considerations may be made for extunating circumstances.
