    The Purpose is to define the agreement between Committed Community Mentors and the Customer related to the use of the PHILLY LOVE HUB.

    If there are any special requirements (e.g., an additional room for small children or handicap accessibility), that will be conveyed at the time of the reservation to allow for accommodations.


    Internet Access  

    Password protected wireless connection is available.   Committed Community Mentors will provide Customer and associates with access to the network.  To ensure the integrity of the network, neither Customer nor its associates will provide access to community members not participating in an event.


    Restroom Access

    Password protected restrooms are available.  Committed Community Mentors will provide Customer and associates with access to the restroom password. 

     

    Use of Rooms  

    Customer and its associates will make every effort to leave rooms in the condition that they are found, placing chairs and tables in their original location and removing any trash.

     

    Music Level

    The music level is not to exceed reasonable levels for a residential community.

    COVID Precautions
  • All persons entering the PHILLY LOVE HUB must wear a mask and be conscious of appropriate distancing, particularly within high traffic areas throughout the facility. Participants gathering outside in the Courtyard are also encouraged to wear masks.

    Gatherings will be set up with seating arranged to maintain appropriate distancing and tables and chairs should not be moved by groups. 

    Capacity for rooms should not be exceeded.

    No food or drink is to be shared, but individuals can bring their own food and drink for themselves only.

    Only one gathering may take place per day so that there is time for adequate cleaning between uses. Between gatherings, all surfaces in the rooms, bathrooms, entrances, and hallways used will be disinfected.

    Attendance will be kept for all events.

  • Fees/Costs

    Shared Community Rates
  • Customer will pay Shared community fees of $25/hour for use of small conference room or $75/hour for use of the entire office space, including small conference room (1000 sq. ft total).

    A $100 fee is required to reserve entire office space.

    * Outside deck may be reserved at an additional cost if the deck is available on reservation date. For questions or concerns about cancellations or scheduled, but unused, time please contact Committed Community Mentors.
