About Crossroads and the Buddy Bench Program
Crossroads Youth Center a 501c3 youth organization and the programs, Unite Against Bullying ME and Skyla's Buddy Bench program, is organized and operating exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 as set forth in the Articles of Incorporation.
This grant was made possible by the New England Patriots Myra Kraft Foundation awarded in honor of Maine high school student Skyla Libby from Jonesport, and is in a collaborative program between Crossroads and Miss Libby. Crossroads will donate benches to Maine schools as funds are available and will attempt to raise funds annual to support this community project while educating Maine schools to promote a respectful, caring school climate.

The goals of Crossroads is to provide a healthy and nurturing environment to support the physical, social and mental growth and development of children, youth and their families. Crossroads teaches tolerance through volunteering, character education and positive social behaviors. We believe when we come together as a unified group, we create a better world preparing every child for a lifetime of resiliency, volunteerism and leadership.
