Girls Inc. of Memphis Volunteer Commitment Form

Thank you for your interest in joining the Girls Inc. of Memphis Team. We deeply appreciate the commitment you are making and trust you will carry out your responsibilities with enthusiasm and professionalism . We will make every effort to assure that your involvement is rewarding. The following requirements are mandatory for all volunteers- please read carefully.
Please initial each statement, by initialing you are agreeing that you understand and will follow that statement.
What Girls Inc. expects in their volunteers:
•     *    Punctual and prompt – Volunteers must be punctual and ready to serve.
•    *    Safe and Fun – We ask that you provide service in a safe, clean and fun environment. Always make safety for the girls and yourself a top priority.
•    *    Workplace Etiquette – Girls Inc. strives for a positive work environment with volunteers treating each other with respect and courtesy.
•    *    Social Media– We ask that as volunteers you do not post pictures of the girls we serve on your own social media page, please send all media to a Girls Inc. of Memphis staff member.
•   *     Personal relationships outside of the Girls Inc. program between volunteers with any of our members, regardless of the members age is prohibited.
•    *    All volunteers must commit to a minimum of (1) Homework Help session a week to continue volunteering with Girls Inc. of Memphis. If at any point you are unable to fulfill this commitment please contact your coordinator immediately.
