We are currently putting together plans for the following types of sauna builds:

Mobile or stationary saunas - mobiles will feature a signature suspension wheel system and stationary saunas will be built on "skids" so that it can still be moved from one semi-permanent location to another.
Seating for 4-6 or 6-8 generally (or other custom request)
Saunas with or without a thermal barrier/changing room

There will be many customizable options to include:

Choice of wood stoves: high quality Kuuma or Harvia wood burning stove
Choice of electric Huum stoves (some with remote start-up capability)
Option to have exterior siding match your house
Our signature local Western juniper interior cladding or traditional cedar
Large picture windows
Solar powered lighting for full off grid capability
Additional accessories: Outdoor shower, bucket shower, and more

Our custom saunas start in a range of $25-50K based on current costs of materials and the highest quality end product that will hold up to years of heavy use and weathering. This is currently well below the average cost of a custom stick built sauna on the market (50K-100K). Many customers are pricing out pre-fab barrel saunas and have a much lower price in mind before contacting us. Please understand that there are a wide number of differences between a pre-fab barrel sauna (or similar) and a custom stick built sauna including: structural integrity, safety, materials longevity, heat/energy efficiency, quality of heat and proper airflow to name a few. We would be happy to talk you through the differences on a consultation call. Quality building material costs in general are currently high and are a large factor into the costs of a stick built sauna. We intend to build you a high quality custom sauna but also save as much in materials as we can where possible to meet a gap in the market between the lower end prefab barrel saunas (8-10K) and the highest end custom saunas (80-100K).
