  • To attend an Equestrian Victoria run event in a media capacity you must be recognised as an EV accredited media representative.

    By submitting this application form you agree to the following:

    • Attendance at EV run events as EV Accredited Media is subject to the approval and discretion of each respective Event Director and/or the EV CEO and an 'Event Attendance Application' form must be submitted prior to EACH event. 

    • It is a condition of attendance at EV run events that photographers provide 10 images from each event attended.  These may be stipulated by the Event Director, e.g. a photo including a particular sponsor sign, an award presentation, etc. or requested following the event.  Images are to be high resolution and sent within a week of the conclusion of the event (or request) to E: events@equestrianvictoria.com.au.  These images may be used across Equestrian Victoria channels inlcuding web, social media, print documentation and/or presentations for a period of 5 years from the date of supply.

    • Media/Commerical photographers passes are for working media only.
    • Passes are non-transferable.
    • Representatives of accredited photographers are also required to be accredited.
    • The number of passes allocated per organisation is at the discretion of the CEO of Equestrian Victoria. The CEO reserves to right to revoke any passes in the event of misuse.
    • An EV issued high vis vest must be worn at all EV events.
    • Be bound by the EV Media Policy .
    • All photographs taken as a result of the grant of the Media/Commercial Photographer’s Pass will be used strictly for the legitimate editorial or commercial purposes of the organisation for which they are accredited.
