Kaleidoscope Kids Preschool has partnered with G.R.I.T. Calgary Society in their classrooms. G.R.I.T. is a registered non-profit early intervention educational program funded through Alberta Education. G.R.I.T. is able to provide a team of experienced professionals to work in collaboration with parents and teachers for children who may qualify for this service. This service could include: speech and language therapy, occupational therapy and/or physical therapy. To access this support, children must qualify within the guidelines set out by Alberta Education for Program Unit Funding or Mild Moderate funding.
If you are interested in determining if your child qualifies for support provided by G.R.I.T. Calgary Society, please complete this Developmental Screen in regards to your child’s development. This screen will help a team of therapists and teachers to determine if it is necessary to pursue further testing with your child.
If your child does require further testing, you will be contacted to book an appointment to complete these assessments. Assessment dates and times have yet to be determined.
