We are interested in partnering with highly motivated and talented artists that share our vision for high-quality design, service, and personal development. ​Our Associate Program is a comprehensive hands-on experience that provides technical skills, guest handling, and business building training. Our Co-Stylist work with a dedicated educator who helps them to grow into a career stylist. Like our stylists, our Co-Stylist Program has a performance-based phase system with 6 phases. Each phase has specific skill sets and goals that are the focus of training for that phase only.​The salon provides an environment for growth, learning, and support. It is our commitment that every co-stylist graduate from our program with a seamless transition from Co- Stylist to Stylist with the skills necessary for success in our industry. We are always on the lookout for potential associates with passion, eagerness to learn, and a willingness to be trained and coached.
